Where to find cheap clothes in Los Angeles?

Ok I'm 13 and I'm a size 7 in jeans . I'm 5'2. I wanted to know where I can buy teen clothes for a cheap price because I don't have money like that.:(
And this is not a question about how to get money I just wanna know some good places. And I live near downtown la and my family doesnt have a car so please something at least ten miles from that area. Thank you so much :)

paramount swapmeet-outdoors (jeans $10 and 2 for $15, shirts 2, 3, 4 & 5 for $10)
just in case you want to try the swapmeet...

you just take a mta bus south to rosecrans (in compton) to the mta bus (it's only one) that goes east on rosecrans and get off at paramount. walk west to a light make a left and you're there (it's out doors)

the blue line to compton (by court building) take bus on compton blvd to paramount blvd. walk west you'll see a big parking lot (before railroad tracks) to your right that's it (you have to walk your way into it)

Try to shop online, now a days most of the famous online shopping stores are giving an extra discount.
